I’ve been watching spring unfold joyously as the daffodils bloomed first and now the tulips are coming along. The cherry trees in the neighborhood are starting to bloom. It’s fabulous and I am grateful to be in this season.
In coaching, my client may present a chronic issue that has been an irritant for some time and through the coaching process, we are able to explore it freshly, anew. We may reach a different perspective and uncover a new way of doing and being with the issue. My client has experienced the gift of Spring’s renewal in the coaching process.
