What is East-West Wisdom coaching?  The East-West Wisdom coaching method integrates eastern wisdom traditions with the eleven coach competencies of the International Coach Federation.

What services do you provide?  One-one career coaching and leadership coaching is provided utilizing our coaching method.  Leaders seeking to improve their leadership and professionals in career transition can benefit from working with us.

Listening.  We enter each coaching engagement with the belief that our client is naturally creative, resourceful and whole.  Through listening, precise questioning, and exploration of possibilities the coach and client journey to uncover solutions and behavior shifts to address the client’s issue.

Results-oriented.  Key to a successful engagement is the creation of a clearly defined action plan with a timeframe.  Discussion of accountability to the plan is another key ingredient.
